Precautions for using LCD liquid crystal bar screen

First, the basic concept of the LCD display;

Liquid crystal is a new physical form. It was discovered by Austrian scientist Friedrich Reinz in 1888. When the substance is heated until the crystals melt, it becomes a milky white turbid liquid. If you continue to heat, the milky white liquid will become a completely transparent liquid, this phenomenon will also occur accordingly during the cooling process. Observation with a polarizing microscope shows that this milky white liquid is different from ordinary liquids and exhibits optical anisotropy, that is, the molecules in an object have a certain degree of ordered arrangement, which is different from the traditional concept of solids and liquids, and is defined as liquid crystal.

Second, the use of LCD matters needing attention

1. The influence of ultraviolet light
Break the carbon-carbon bond, break the polymer carbon chain, and affect the above properties;

2. The impact of containers
Good use is hard glass, a kind of high silicon borosilicate glass. Ordinary glass bottles are made of soda glass, and the resistivity of the liquid crystal stored in the glass container will be reduced; the storage conditions of the liquid crystal display liquid crystal strip LCD: sealed, dark, dry, room temperature.

3. Environmental impact
A small amount of conductive material is sufficient to reduce the resistivity, because the liquid crystal resistivity is 1011-1012ω/cm2.

4. Influence of temperature
The sensitivity of liquid crystal to temperature is less than the sensitivity to ultraviolet light. During use, the heating time of the liquid crystal should be reduced by a certain amount, and heating to a higher temperature, such as 35°C above freezing point, should be avoided.
