1. Wipe according to the ordinary method, coat the periphery of the glass with a dust-free cloth to see if there are water droplets around the glass. If water drops are found in the screw holes, please fill them with glass glue.
2. Measure the distance between the inner side of the glass and the LCD screen with a caliper. If the rubber strip exceeds the specified length, please pay attention to the air-cooled structure design.
3. Check whether the circuit is clear and whether the LCD surface is free of dust and stains.
4. Carefully watch the LCD strip and support frame, and see whether the LCD is placed reasonably according to the direction indicated on the backlight part.
5. Check the fan, heat insulation cotton and protective net to see if the manufacturer is a real manufacturer.
6. Check the drive board, decoding board, wiring terminal, power supply and other drive components, and analyze them according to the standards of electronic configuration table.
